First we talked about the "garment of contentment." The world will lead us down a path of constant pursuit of what they say will make us "happy." People go through life never able to attain because there is no end. God has called to "put on" contentment, that is, to be content. Content with Him. 
When God has a new garment for us to put on, it usually requires us to take something off. Isaiah 61:3 we are instructed to put on the garment of PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness. We must take off the spirit of heaviness and replace it with the garment of praise. Praise is our strength. God is worthy of praise  no matter what our outward circumstance looks like.
